Some families with children,who are working with other agencies, somehow "fall through the cracks"--which means they don't quite meet the criteria for getting certain assistance--so Prevention of Child Abuse will "adopt" a family during the Christmas holiday season and provide them with food,clothing,and toys in hopes of a merrier Christmas.
